Massage & Bodywork

Therapeutic massage and bodywork sessions are designed to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and nourish skin.  Each treatment is tailored to meet your individual needs, integrating traditional Swedish, stretching, pressure point and relaxation techniques.

The treatment room is designed to be a place where you can relax and feel pampered -- a place to take some time for yourself.  Many clients say they would love to stay and take a nap after a therapy session.
