Massage
Therapeutic Massage
Designed to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and nourish skin. Treatments are catered to your needs and combine traditional Swedish, stretching, pressure point and relaxation techniques.
Chair Massage
A wonderful way to experience your first massage. Clients are seated upright in an ergonomically designed massage chair and will remain fully clothed. No oils or lotions are used.
Corporate massage is for organizations that care about the health and well being of their employees. Providing chair massage at employee appreciation days, corporate events, or as an ongoing part of wellness programs offers a time to relax, refresh and renew. Studies conducted by the Touch Research Institute have found that a 15 minute chair massage results in decreased job stress, increased alertness, and increased speed and accuracy of math computations. In addition, massage helps relieve back, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand tensions that contribute to repetitive stress injuries. Chair massage is a wonderful addition to any work day.
Hand Treatment
Just the thing for those who work with their hands. Hands and lower arms are gently exfoliated, wrapped in warm aromatic linens, and then massaged with body butter for 20 minutes.
Bodywork
Foot Treatment
Relax and enjoy as tired feet are pampered. Treatment begins with a warm foot bath. Feet are gently exfoliated, wrapped in essential oil infused compresses, and then massaged for 20 minutes.
Body Wrap
Soften, energize and hydrate your body. Includes exfoliation, wrap and relaxing 60 minute massage.

Businesses may either choose to pay for chair massage as a complimentary service or offer the service and have participants pay out of pocket. Rates generally run $70 per hour when the company is paying for services. If the employees, clients, or event participants are paying for the service out of pocket, rates are $1 per minute. Pricing includes travel fees and equipment set up/break down.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in and begin relaxing. To maintain ultimate relaxation, please turn off all cell phones and pagers upon entering the building.
Cancellation
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call me directly at 828-507-9581 to cancel.

Gift Certificate online payments may be made securely using paypal.
Payment is due at the time of your session.
We do not file medical insurance at this time. We'll be glad to provide a receipt for your filing.
